At SunBlac, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged product, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Refund:

  • The item must be visibly damaged upon arrival.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photo or video proof of the damage.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging to the supplier’s address provided by our support team.


📦 Return Process:

  • Email us at sunblac53@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos/videos.

  • We will provide the supplier’s return address.

  • You must ship the product to the supplier at your own expense.

  • Once the supplier receives and inspects the item, the refund will be processed.


💳 Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and verified by the supplier.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during checkout.


🚫 Please Note:

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • You don’t like the product after receiving it.

  • The product doesn’t suit your face, style, or expectations.

  • The size or fit is not to your liking.

Refunds are strictly only available for items that arrive damaged.
